If you live where you are able to receive an Orlando Sentinel subscription you should call or e-mail them to request a free subscription to the El Sentinel, the Spanish version of the paper. It is delivered on Saturday mornings and often contains most or all of the same coupon inserts as the regular Sunday paper. Sometimes it also contains an extra coupon insert, the Smart Source in Spanish, that usually has different coupons than the regular Smart Source. This is a great way to get a free paper and free coupons. It also usually contains the Parade magazine.

We were next door at Target when we stopped in and snagged it for free. She didn’t even have to pay tax. It doesn’t expire until the end of October so if you get this magazine you should look for it. I hear it can also be found in the September InStyle Magazine.

We are big coffee drinkers at my house so as soon as I saw the B1G1 Free Gevalia Coffee coupon I printed it and yesterday I saw that there is also a Publix Printable coupon for B2G1 Free from Publix. Also a $1 off of 2 Manufacture coupon so I came up with this deal. I will also continue to look and see if the price goes lower.

We decided in our household that we are going to recommit ourselves to eating healthy (something we have been slacking on lately). The problem being that it is A LOT more expensive and time consuming to eat healthy. So I went to the supermarket resigned that I would be spending more on groceries than I wanted to but knowing it was better for us. However, I was pleasantly surprised that these were my totals-

Sometimes when I go to the grocery store I only buy the coupon deals (free or cheap items) but this trip shows an actual grocery shopping trip including all of the things I needed to buy. I’m especially excited that it included the healthy/healthier items including

I also bought some items that were not as healthy but were free such as the noodles. I also bought the soda and velveeta cheese to stock up for a party I will be having soon.

When I went to target yesterday I was excited about picking up some freebies. Although there were a couple items that I didn’t find I was pleased with what I got. I also picked up some frozen Mukimame Soy Beans (great for salads) to absorb the overage so my total wouldn’t be in the negative.

In the last week or two I was able to go to CVS and use my coupons for the Free CVS Sunscreen and also for a Free unreal bar (both coupons now expired). CVS frequently gives out coupons for free items and I always try to pick them up. I believe that, at least in my area, they do not charge tax on free items so that makes them a great place to pick up NEW items totally for free. I also was able to get a free CVS gift card for $25 when I picked up a prescription with a Walgreens competitor coupon. See Getting Free Gift Cards with Prescriptions.
